For a Coaching Out of the Box^® Digitally Enabled Licensed Trainer (DELT) wishing to expand their portfolio by being licensed to deliver the Purposeful Conversations^® program.

The core of the 5.5.5 Coaching Skills Training Program is now fully ready for non-coach groups, managers, influencers, and senior professionals, who want to add coaching power, the ability to provide feedback, and the unique ability to dance between managing/influencing and coaching/engaging in the same conversation.

This is a program we have successfully delivered to our corporate clients and like the 5.5.5, the materials come in the box as hardcopy or out of the box with online access and digital formats.

This program is a self-paced course with support and guidance from a Coaching Out of the Box^® Mentor Coach. The prerequisite to this course is the T4 (above).

Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to re-position the 5.5.5 Model and concepts for non-coach groups, managers, influencers, and senior professionals.

The participant will learn and work through new modules on Providing Feedback and The Manager-Coach Dance. Each participant will exit with their fully customized delivery plan and script ready for their first delivery.
