My leadership journey started as a wilderness guide in the 1980s and was formalized with the completion of a Master's degree through the Leadership Institute of Seattle. My coaching and consultant work has focussed primarily in the Health Care sector with over two decades of experience working with leaders and teams at all management levels.

What I bring to our work together is compassion for the challenges of being human, a commitment to achieving clarity in both intentions and actions, and a willingness to shine a light on thoughts or behaviours that might be keeping you from reaching your full potential.
