Mary is an experienced facilitator, leader, change agent and coach. She has over 20 years experience in the public sector and her passion for people and their development lead her to coaching and completing the Certified Executive Coach program at Royal Roads University. Mary's coaching focus has been leadership development, team building, work-life balance, and performance and change management.

Along with being a Certified Executive Coach and Licensed Coaching Out of the Box Trainer, Mary has a BA in Psychology and Sociology. She is committed to lifelong learning and continues to further her professional development with courses in leadership, conflict resolution and change management. Mary is known for her compassion, deep listening skills and belief in the potential of people to find their own solutions. She inspires individuals and groups to pursue their dreams and goals. Mary's coach approach focuses on existing strengths and identifying and addressing roadblocks to maximizing personal and professional success.
