Terreeia is a Certified Executive Coach, Hospitality Consultant, and Facilitator working with professional service firms, engineers, architects, manufacturing, mining, forestry, energy, and of course hospitality and recreation.

Terreeia’s 25 years of management experience are assets she brings to assist business and individuals to give life to their vision and achieve their goals.

Her approach to coaching is based on her passion to see others inspired and fulfilling their dreams. Terreeia’s fundamental belief is that accountability and relationships are everything and that absolutely anything can be resolved with authentic communication. Prior to operating her own businesses and coaching practice she held senior market positions in hotels, private clubs, coliseums, restaurants and managed an extensive and diverse portfolio with a large contract catering firm.

In the 90’s Terreeia entered the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sector with a commitment to transform the existing ’fast food’ customer experience and was the recipient of several National Presidential awards for outstanding service, team building and financial performance including the highest mystery shopping scores in Canada.

To reconnect with the environment, she recently founded Tocch Inc. a performance development company that is committed to business success by shifting the world of service through inspired leadership with coaching, training and mentoring .
