I have never taken a coaching course and I wondered what I could learn in the virtual setting and in such a compressed time frame. The Coaching Out of the Box^® program, ‘Coaching Fundamentals™’ was a gift to me as I participated. I not only learned how to be a coach, I also benefitted from coaching for the challenges I am facing in my life at this time. I was reminded that each of us has wisdom and knowledge within to be powerful on life’s journey. I believe that as managers lead with a ‘coach-approach’, the workplace will be transformed. The course was clearly planned, with excellent support from the instructors and the materials provided. I feel happy to have had this opportunity and know that I will use the skills of listening, consciously being present and asking powerful questions.
