Margaret is a diversely qualified consultant, coach and facilitator with extensive experience in a variety of Training and Development and Human Resources roles in Canada and the United States. She has worked with organizations as varied as small private sector service providers to international oil and gas companies.
Margaret is able to work effectively with organizations and individuals over the shorter or longer term. She is able to quickly build and maintain solid working relationships with clients. Her personal approach and ability to relate to people serve her well in achieving the desired results for clients.
Margaret is a trained facilitator and is a Licensed Practitioner for Insights Discovery®, a Jungian based personality style indicator. In addition, she is authorized to present Powerful Professionals, a workshop designed to enhance consulting and business partnering skills. She is a seasoned instructor at the University of Calgary in Continuing Education. Margaret holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Human Resource Economics, and recently completed the Royal Roads University Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching.
